...didn't started very well...Amadeus got a bit whiny when I put on his uniform for him and when we reached the CC, he started to make noise again n reluctant to walk so I carried him. The whole crying saga started again when we reached the door of his childcare. He refused to go in and wanted me to carry him. But once inside, he settled down quite soon n even drank some milk :)
Today, I decided to leave him for a while to let him slowly adapt....ten minutes later, I returned and there he is, crying very badly and only calmed down after I carried n pacified him. I decided to leave again after sometimes and bade him goodbye and I told him I will come back later to fetch him...he cried big time...1 hr later, I returned to the centre...at the door, the teacher mentioned that Amadeus had calmed down n even joined in the activities so I decided not to go in and will fetch him after his lunch n bathe.
Good news! When I went back at about 12 noon, the teacher told me that he was bathing and I waited for him. He had started to adapt...I'm very happy when the teacher told me that he participated in all the activities and even ate some of his lunch. Very glad to hear that...this is so different from the experience we encountered at the childcare previously.
Amadeus even bade goodbyes to all his teachers n frens before leaving :) hope that such behaviour will continue and eventually he will bid me goodbye wif a smiling face :) This is wat I hope.
