Dearest Grandpa,

This is my 1st thank you card to you.

Thank you for visiting me twice sometimes thrice a week to play with me, to take care of me when mummy is busy and saving money for me. Daddy and mummy say that they have opened a kid saver account for me so that you can put money inside for me...you also warned daddy not to secretly use the money that you save for me...hahaha....I know daddy will not use the money as it is for my future education. I think I will be richer than daddy and mummy soon...hee hee

1st dose of 5-in-1 Jab

This morning brought Amadeus to SengKang Polyclinic for his 1st dose of 5-in-1. He is 6.755kg and 64.5cm in length. His head circumference is 40cm...He was abit cranky this morning when we brought him for his jab as it was his morning naptime...so we had to coax him for a while and gave him pacifer to calm him down...Amadeus was a brave boy as he only gave out a short cry when being jab and then he fell asleep after that...too bad the nurse forbade me to take photos when he was being jab....When the doctor was assessing him, he was still fast asleep even when he was being carried up and down, left and right...and only woke up when we removed his pacifier...so funny...

Next we went to Punggol Plaza Healthway Clinic for his 1st dose of rotavirus....The doc was a very friendly guy and Amadeus kept laughing and "talking" to the doc...so had abit of difficulty feeding him his oral med for the rotavirus...no photos again as I'm alone in the room wif baby while hubby went to NTUC to buy some groceries :(

Should have taken up the 5-in-1 package at this clinic as it will be more convenient but too bad as previously we had already paid the charges for the subsequent 2 Hep B jabs at the Polyclinic so thought might as well settle everything there. WRONG CHOICE as we had to go to another room for the doctor to assess Amadeus' development and go to private clinic for his rotavirus and other optional jabs...so ma fan :(

A Special Day

HAPPY 31ST BIRTHDAY DEAR!!!

HAPPY 3TH MONTH BAOBEI!!!

Today is a special day indeed as it is hubby's birthday as well as Amadeus's 3rd mth. I secretly bought a cake and a present while he was not at home yesterday evening....then when it was past 12 midnite, I brought out the cake to surprise him...but alas, he spoiled the surprised as he saw me lighting the candles in the kitchen and then walked back to the living room to wait for me....spoilsport :(

But as Amadeus was already sleeping, he couldn't joined in the celebration...nevermind, baobei, there is still mummy's birthday coming up :)

bought a Polo Double Black perfume for hubby...the bag comes free with the perfume :)

This afternoon, I treat hubby to a buffet lunch at The Line at Shangri-La Hotel...heard some good reviews about it but then the food was ok though not very fantastic...a bit disappointed with the dessert...could have been better....hahaha..high expectation....Amadeus was very co-operative and he slept for sometime before he woke up...but he didn't fussed at all and kept playing with us....maybe he knows today is daddy's birthday....:)

My hubby's family have this tradition where they have to eat mian xian on their birthday so the responsibility falls on me now to cook this for my hubby...

A lazy Sunday

Today our family were at home and both Amadeus and I had a good rest...Amadeus woke up at 9am for his feed and then went to sleep from 10am to 2pm....then I bathe him and shortly later at 3.30pm he went into lalaland again till 6.45pm...that is because he was hungry and after his feed, took him out to Compass Point as I wanna buy something for hubby for his birthday....then when we were back home, I wiped him and change him to his pyjamas and he went to bed at 9.30pm....don't know why he kept sleeping today...maybe he was tired out from yesterday outing....maybe when I was pregnant with him, I slept alot so now he was like that too....hope that he won't become lazy like his mummy...hahaha...

Parkway Parade

It's the day that I'm looking forward to....yes, its Saturday!!! We went to Parkway Parade as we wanna get a car seat which is on sale at the Isetan. But before we went out, hubby had to go for his IPPT at 10am and expectedly, he failed...he didn't even bother to run his 2.4km...he said he will definitely fail so gave up lor....he further added that he don't want to collapse after the run as he still needs to take care of Amadeus and me...ahhhh...as if I will feel touched...just an excuse from him...

When reached PP, we went for our lunch first at Fish & Co....we tried new dishes today as previously we will always ordered seafood platter for one to share...end up the food was not bad and Amadeus was also quite co-operative as he slept thru 3/4 of our mealtime...

At Isetan, we were disappointed to discover that the car seat we wanna buy was not able to put rear-facing and somemore only left display set so decided not to buy it.....search for "That" car seat continues....:(

p/s: while waiting for a taxi, an auntie and her children behind me in the taxi stand said that Amadeus was very cute and kept playing with him, furthermore, the auntie commented that he was very smart as he will keep looking at them when they were talking to him...feel so proud...:)
