Amadeus, unlike other babies, crawl or move by lying head down and using his legs to push his butt up to move...he is so lazy lor (Usually he can move from one end of the mat to the other end thru this movement but lately, he had been very lazy and doesn't move much liao)....normally, other babies crawl the other way lor by using their knees and hands....but at least my lil darling is unique...*I'm so thick-skinned*....hahaha....at the end of the video, you can also see his favourite action - tilting his head backwards to look at things behind him...so dangerous lor, I'm so scared that he will sprain his neck!
P/S: Now Amadeus is learning to crawl the proper way liao...but still at the very initial stage...his actions very cute lor...will try to take video of him soon and post here...

Amadeus LOVES to suck his fingers...
The lil rascal can suck his fingers whole day long and never gets tired of it...Sometimes he also attempted to put his whole fist into his mouth..*faint*...hopefully he will outgrown this bad habit soon...cannot stand his saliva-filled hands touching all over me when I carried him...
1st Time Eating Porridge
On 27 Jan 08, I decided to intro porridge to Amadeus so I very diligently make some vegetable stock as the base for cooking the porridge so tat it will be sweeter....I use sweetcorn and carrots to make the stock and the excess, I will put in the freezer to be used later...The end product of my porridge is as below:
Gave Amadeus 1/2 a bowl to eat as a start...
By the time the porridge was ready, Amadeus was already very cranky and crying away...partly cos he was tired and wanna sleep and partly cos he was hungry. So when I fed him, he did not cry but when he swallowed the porridge already, he started crying again until I put another spoonful of porridge into his mouth...but after a short while, he became very impatient and cried till quite bad. So ended up, I had to feed him carrying him upright and when he calmed down a bit, I put him on my lap and held him wif 1 hand, and feed him using the other hand...but he still managed to finish all his porridge...so not too bad...
Oh yes, he likes to eat porridge but whatever food I put into his mouth, he also like leh...and he really can eat lor...
His expressions very funny, rite? Hahahaha....

1st Taste of Potato Puree
On 12/01/08, we introduced potato puree to Amadeus. He quite liked the taste of potato. He was one greedy and impatient boy. If I was too slow in putting the food in his mouth, he will start to wail till very loud and I had to pacify him by clapping my hands or my thigh to distract him from crying (he loves the sound of clapping)...
He was particularly excited today and kept jumping in his bouncer...I had a hard time to feed him man...It was always a joy to feed him solids as he seems to like every food that I prepared and will definitely finished every single drop of it, even when he was pooing...hahaha...he will make those eh eh sound and when he took a break, he will eat the food that I put in his mouth and then carried on wif his pooing...it was so funny lor...hee hee...
After every meal, I must clap my hands and praised him that he is a good boy for finishing his food...This will make him very happy and when seeing him so happy, I will be happy also...but once I walked away wif the bowl to the kitchen, his eyes will follow my every movement and when he cannot see me, he will start to cry again...signz...this happens every meal time lor...maybe I shld increase the portion of cereal given to him so tat he will have his fill? but on the other hand, I scare tat I will overfeed him lor cos he doesn't seem to know when to stop eating leh except when he was sleepy...haiz, can only trial and error lor...the most impt thing is that he must grow up healthily and not be an obese boy :)

Horrible Start...
Please bear wif me as I need to vent my frustrations as things didn't went smoothly for me lor on my 1st day of sch...
Yesterday was SUPPOSED to be the 1st day of school but my class was cancelled and I didn't know about it...until I went to find my admin...She said the notice was out on Saturday informing the cancelled class but I never received it on my student portal lor...then she said, oh ya, your portal haven't been migrated to the new system, will ask the IT guy to expediate it...So angry lor, they are forever so slow...
Today was my 2nd day in school n blur me, I got the timing wrong. My class supposed to be from 7pm to 10pm but I thought it was 2pm to 5pm...aiyo, aiyo, is GOD trying to tell me not to study? hahaha...so bobian lor, went to surf net in the library and then went to Bukit Timah Plaza to shop shop and buy some sleepwears for Amadeus, as well as some CNY accessories and hongbaos. Back to school and discovered that the admin no longer prints the notes for us and upon checking with the admin again, I discovered that I had to access the RMIT site to print the notes and to my horror AGAIN, she told me that I cannot access it now as they jus submitted my enrolment form today to RMIT Australia and have to wait till mid Feb then can access...fyi, I did the enrolment in Dec lor and now then submit my form and I'm also the one who called them abt the enrolment lor...if I didn't called them, think I no need to come and study liao...
Ok, shall stop here now...don wanna bored u all to tears with my nagging...

Back to School...
It had been a year since I defer my studies...now I'm going back on 10 Jan...very excited to go back to my studies but at the same time also scare as firstly, I'm afraid that I will not be able to cope wif my studies and taking care of Amadeus. Secondly, I'm afraid that I will not be able to communicate wif my classmates as most of them will be younger than me by a few years (my peers had all been graduated a yr ago). Thirdly, I'm afraid that I will not do well as I had been very forgetful and absent-minded after giving birth.
Nevertheless, I hope that I will be able to tong till end of this year and pass the exam wif flying colors and graduate :)
